Tension Pins

Rollpins® & Coiled Spring Pins are made to a controlled diameter which is larger than the hold into which it is to be inserted. Thousands of pins are available. Engineered Rollpins™ provide a cost-effective alternative to Coiled Spring Pins.

Tension Bushings

Vogelsang Tension Bushings are cost effective bearings, ideal for high-load/low-speed operations in harsh, non-lubricated environments. Vogelsang bushings are designed to replace solid steel (tubular) and case hardened parts.

Axle Products/Sleeves/Bushings

Alternative cost saving to cut and modified tubes, these products are built to customer specifications featuring a clinched seam design. Various materials may be specified including profiled edges, knurling and other specialties.

Hydro Bushings/Antivibration/Cages

A significant advantage of our product concept is no material thin out from the standard drawn stamping method. Our AVS Cages are trimmed in the flat and then rolled and clinch seamed for consistent thickness throughout the part.

Spacers & Weld Eye Rings

Products are designed to meet customer specifications and are rolled with several different seam configurations. We also offer automatic swedging for additional central thickness requirements.

Compression Limiters

Slit design provides a significant cost savings to cut tubes. Made to customer specifications and can include such features as flanged end, knurled exterior, closed or open seamed, amongst other customer touches.

Expansion of Vogelsang's Quick Ship Program Offers Lower Pricing and Expanded Inventory

Vogelsang Corporation's ground-breaking same-day shipment program — Quick Ship — has now been expanded to offer customers even lower pricing on popular Rollpins®, spring pins and Tension Bushings. Starting in the first quarter of 2012 alone, over 700 new line items will be added, and most of the new steel Rollpins® SKUs rolling out as early as January.
