What are the advantages of VOGELSANG tension bushings?

There are several characteristics of these bushings that are very worthy of consideration.

1. The split, steel bushing is far more flexible than a solid part.
2. There is an allowable hole tolerance that increases the functionality of bushings.
3. Insertion and removal is relatively easy at both the OEM factory and in the field.
4. Bushings are self-retaining - they can accommodate an out-of round or enlarged hole.
5. They can be replaced at far less expense and effort than the part into which they are placed.
6. Bushings are very cost effective and compare very favorable to like kind & quality solid parts.
7. Variety & Availability: Manufactured in Lakewood, NJ, USA. There are three standard wall thicknesses (1/8", 3/16", & 1/4") and approximately 25 OD x ID combinations available from stock. Specials and metric sizes quoted upon request.
