Vogelsang decides to manufacture Tension Bushings domestically along with steel slitting operation and moves to a 15,000 square foot facility in Eatontown, NJ.
Vogelsang Corporation becomes incorporated as the only North American entity thus removing Viking. Vogelsang begins manufacturing Rollpins® domestically.
Equipment is developed in Germany to launch fractional size coil pins in North America.  Medium duty carbon sizes from 1/16” through 5/16" are released.
Purchase John Gillan product line.
Vogelsang Corporation purchases roll forming equipment assets from Elastic Stop Nut Corp.
A new 50,000 square foot facility is constructed in Lakewood NJ as the brand new site for Vogelsang Corp.  Also during this time, spacer type products are developed in Germany and the production technology transferred to the new facility.

Vogelsang rolls out the first ever Quick Ship program for coil pins, Rollpins®, and Tension Bushing markets. With much success in the new automotive products, Vogelsang installs a specialized 400 ton press line with in-line knurling and profiling capability.
