As an Inside Sales Manager, the successful candidate will join the company’s sales management team reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Inside Sales Manager candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Managing account maintenance and sales generation of house accounts, incoming inquiries and accounts through lead generation.
• Provide direction and guidance to the inside sales team; working with them on the sales process, account penetration, planning, and executing growth.
• Managing staff in determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Managing the processing of customer transactions such as orders and quotes as well as recommending alternative products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Managing customer follow up.
• Sales reports and monthly report functions.
• Inside sales support, and key account responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Inside Sales Management Experience.
• Experience in the fastener industry.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of fastener products and services.
• Microsoft Office application skills.  Excel knowledge a plus.
