Tension Pins

Rollpins® & Coiled Spring Pins are made to a controlled diameter which is larger than the hole into which it is to be inserted. Thousands of pins are available. Automotive Spring Pins provide a cost-effective alternative to Coiled Spring Pins.

Compression Limiters

Compression limiters are non-threaded inserts designed to protect plastic parts from loads created by the tightening of bolts. The load causes compression, which can lead to cracking and creep due to tightening torque. Vogelsang offers an extensive line of cost saving compression limiters. Multiple design options in our compression limiters combined with our dedicated team allows your product to incorporate different shapes, materials, features and overall cost saving!

Tension Bushings

Vogelsang Tension Bushings are cost effective bearings, ideal for high-load/low-speed operations in harsh, non-lubricated environments. Vogelsang Tension Bushings are designed to replace solid steel (tubular) and case hardened parts.

Hydrobushings/Antivibration Systems/Cages

A significant advantage of our product concept is no material thin out from the standard drawn stamping method. Our AVS Cages are trimmed in the flat and then rolled and clinch seamed for consistent thickness throughout the part. The product can also be welded for swedged secondary processes.

Spacers & Weld Eye Rings

Products are designed to meet customer specifications and are rolled with several different seam configurations. We also offer automatic swedging for additional central thickness requirements. Mostly used for shock absorber weld-eye rings as well as in various suspension components.

Axle Products/Sleeves/Bushings

Alternative cost saving to cut and modified tubes, these products are built to customer specifications featuring a clinched seam design. Various materials may be specified including profiled edges, knurling and other specialties.

Precision Ground Alignment Dowels

Vogelsang’s hollow Alignment Dowels are manufactured using the roll-bending method, our core area of competence. Precision ground to exacting dimensions, your application’s requirements can be easily met.
